Facilities & Operations
Student Building Supervisor
This TeamRec position assists in the daily facility management and fitness operations of Dillon Gymnasium. Responsibilities include working closely with other program areas in Campus Recreation and interacting with the Princeton campus community. The Student Building Supervisor will be asked to provide positive customer service, monitor building safety/security, conduct departmental sales and complete equipment requests. First Aid and CPR certifications are required (training is provided by Campus Recreation).

Intramural Sports & Events
Student Intramurals & Events Supervisor
This TeamRec position assists with the general operations of Intramural Sports and Events for Campus Recreation to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and guests. Responsibilities include: supervising Intramural games and the conduct of the participants, assisting with questions and concerns from participants, explain and clarify program policies and procedures, and having a thorough knowledge of all Intramural Sport Rules. They will support event operations, as needed. First Aid and CPR certifications are required (training is provided by Campus Recreation).

Sport Clubs
Sport Club Supervisor
This TeamRec position assists in direct on-site supervision and support of all Sport Club related events to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and guests. Responsibilities include: serves as the primary point of contact when communicating with other on-site university/outsourced support personnel and assist with Sport Club programming operations, as needed. First Aid and CPR certifications are required (training is provided by Campus Recreation).

Marketing
Marketing Assistant
This TeamRec position works collaboratively on a team to support the efforts of creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for the Princeton community through marketing initiatives. The Marketing Team is responsible for increasing brand awareness by contributing innovative approaches to best engage students, producing print/digital marketing and promotional materials, and advertising for all Campus Recreation programs, events, and services.
Responsibilities may include the following:
- Develop & implement marketing tactics to increase attendance/participation for Campus Recreation programs & events.
- Prepare graphics for flyers, digital display, posters & brochures.
- Distribute printed marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Create and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.
- Take photos and/or footage at events, programs, and activities.
- Promote and market Campus Recreation facilities and services.
- Attend and engage in Campus Recreation programs and events to capture content for story-telling and social media posts.
- Organize and lead tabling activities to engage peers around Campus Rec.
Students will work closely with the Coordinator of Marketing and other department areas in Campus Recreation.

Group Fitness
Student Group Fitness Instructor
This TeamRec position is responsible for leading and delivering group fitness instruction ranging in variety and level from aerobic activity, muscular strength, stretch, dance, yoga or mind body disciplines in a safe and effective format. Instructors must be certified to instruct group fitness classes for a specified health or fitness program, from a credible governing body. Auditions will be required of all applicants. First Aid and CPR certifications are required (training is provided by Campus Recreation).

Personal Training
Student Personal Trainer
This TeamRec position is a reliable source of information on strength training, aerobic training, flexibility training, injury prevention, rehabilitation and general fitness. Responsibilities include: great working knowledge of fitness equipment available through Campus Recreation, design safe and productive strength and/or conditioning programs for clients, instruct clients in correct exercise technique, and maintain safe and effective instruction format for a variety of clientele. Certification in personal training by a reputable agency preferred, but not required. First Aid and CPR certifications are required (training is provided by Campus Recreation).
