Department-Sponsored Guest Passes

Princeton University departments are able to sponsor guests who are fully vaccinated* (see definition below)!

Princeton University departments are also able to sponsor guests at Dillon Gym**, although the process is quite different from that of regular Guest Passes.  To begin with, departments are not required to physically escort their guests to Dillon Gym.  Instead, they purchase actual passes in advance through the Campus Recreation Business Office.  They are then able to give these passes to their guests, who will then sign them and turn them in at the Dillon Gym front desk each time they visit the gym.

To begin this process, a department must e-mail the Campus Recreation Business Office at rec@princeton.edu.  In that e-mail, they should include how many passes they are requesting (1 pass/person/day), the expiration date that they would like the passes to be valid until, and the chartstring that the passes should be charged to.

Finally, the pricing and payment for Department-Sponsored Guest Passes is different from regular Guest Passes.  To begin with, departments are only charged $5/pass, versus $10 for a regular Guest Pass.  Once the passes are created, then the Business Office will submit a journal to charge the chartstring that the department provided for the number of passes requested.

**Please note that Guest Passes are ONLY valid at Dillon Gym -- they are NOT VALID for DeNunzio Pool, Baker Rink, or Jadwin Gym.

If you have questions or would like to request some Department-Sponsored Guest Passes, please e-mail rec@princeton.edu.
