Equipment Rental Program
- Please review the policies below before submitting your request.
- Pick-up locations are available at the Class of 1986 Fitness & Wellness Center and Wilkinson Fitness Center.
Equipment Rental Policies
- We ask that you please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed - same day requests cannot be accommodated at this time.
- Your request is not approved until you receive a confirmation email from a Campus Rec Staff Member.
- All equipment checked out must be returned by 5:00pm the following day.
- Failure to return equipment or damaged equipment will result in a replacement charge.
- Patrons submitting equipment requests must be able to pick up equipment at the Class of 1986 Fitness & Wellness Center (Central Campus) or Wilkinson Fitness Center (Meadows Campus).
- Equipment delivery cannot be accommodated by Campus Recreation.
