Equipment Rental Policies
- We ask that you please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed - same day requests cannot be accommodated at this time
- Your request is not approved until you receive a confirmation email from a Campus Rec Staff Member
- All equipment checked out must be returned by 5:00pm the following day
- Failure to return equipment or damaged equipment will result in a replacement charge.
- Patrons submitting equipment requests must be able to pick up equipment at Dillon Gym. Equipment delivery cannot be accommodated by Campus Recreation.
