Learn more about the effects of menstruation on your body and practice restorative yoga!

Amanda, a nurse practitioner from UHS, will start this class with a conversation regarding menstruation and how movement and exercise may affect the body during menstruation. After, Sarah, one of Campus Recreation's yoga teachers, will lead you through a restorative, relaxing yoga class with a focus on gentle movement.
