Jonathan Gray, MS, CSCS, is a Health Science Specialist at the Pentagon where he prescribes exercise programs for active duty military and civilian clients within the federal government. His prior experience includes working on the strength and conditioning staffs of Missouri Southern State University, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jonathan has been accredited as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® by the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2000.
