Brett Ashley Davis, MS, has been the Fitness Director at Rider University for more than 16 years.  She holds certifications as an Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a Mental Performance Mastery specialist through Brian Cain.  Over the past three years, she has forged her path in coaching, impacting the lives of numerous individuals -- including athletes and professionals -- through her coaching business.  Driven by an unwavering passion for unlocking individual potential, Brett is dedicated to cultivating confident competitors.  Her primary focus is empowering student-athletes to prioritize mental skill training on par with their physical regimen.  At Rider University, she serves as the Mental Performance Advisor for Field Hockey, Women’s Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, Men's Basketball and Baseball, guiding athletes toward peak performance.  Brett developed a comprehensive 12-module online course, strategically designed to navigate student-athletes through three critical success pillars: clarity, accountability, and support.  She's thrilled to share insights on the transformative impact of mindset training in enhancing life's trajectory.  (website: www.brettashleydavis.com)
