Walking Meditation

Tricia will lead you on a 20 minute guided meditation walk around campus. Reconnect with your circadian rhythms and sleep better as a result. Simple mindfulness practice that will harmonize your body and mind and nature. Available for PU students, staff, faculty and Dillon Gym members.
