Group Fitness Update

From Saturday, May 15ththrough July 5th we will only be offering on-demand, web-based fitness and mindfulness program offerings.

We will be updating our resource library with new content frequently, and we will soon offer over 100 Les Mills classes for you to choose from - all available on your own schedule and from your own space! You can choose from full workouts, to exercise demos, to fitness/training theory articles.

In order to access the instructional content, you must have a valid PU netID to access these classes. We know you will miss our live virtual and in-person classes, but it is important for us to take some time to recharge and refresh our program. We will be back, and better than ever, in no time!

 ANYTIME FITNESS & MINDFULNESS

The resources listed below include recorded classes or specialty workout/mindfulness videos. They can be accessed at anytime, but require a current PU NetID or PU Google Suite login.  Faculty, staff and graduate students can request a Princeton University google G Suite account.

10 Minute Workout Videos

Abs Kara 10 min video to strengthen abdominal muscles. Offered through Media Central.
Legs & Glutes Kara Strength exercises for the legs & glutes. 10 min workout.
Upper Body Kara Focus on back, shoulders, chest, triceps.  
Warm-Up Kara Use this warm-up before 10 min videos or any workout.  
Core & Balance Kara Create stability for improved performance or for everyday activities.
