Stephens Fitness Center

Princeton's fitness center is a bi-level facility, approximately 8,000 square feet in size. It contains cardiovascular and selectorized equipment, as well as free weights. The Cardio Annex provides approximately 1,200 square feet of additional cardio space.

Personal Training

You will only be charged for the amount of time that you actually spend with a personal trainer. If your session lasts 45 minutes, for example, you will be charged for 45 minutes, not 60 minutes.

Group Fitness

We offer a variety of group fitness classes, incorporating the core fitness concepts of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility. All classes are open to all skill and experience levels. More information and schedules.

Instructional Programs

Build your skills with courses designed to provide you with a foundation in wellness, specific sports, training styles, and more! From learning the basics of boxing to deepening your knowledge and practice of yoga, our instructors will create an experience for you to grow and connect with yourself and the world in new ways.
