Spring Group Fitness Class Schedule
February 1 - May 14, 2021

All classes are hosted live, over Zoom, and may be subject to change. Virtual classes are currently free for all Princeton University enrolled students, faculty, and staff. Equipment suggestions are listed, however, all classes can be performed without equipment. Please workout at your own pace and use modifications, as needed. If you need assistance with access or would like to request accommodations, please contact Mike Mix at mmix@princeton.edu at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled class.

For students enrolled in the asymptomatic testing protocol ONLY.
Participants must follow Dillon Gym policies & procedures. 

Pre-registration is required. 9 spots per class.

The resources listed below include recorded classes or specialty workout/mindfulness videos. They can be accessed at anytime, but require a current PU NetID or PU Google Suite login.  Faculty, staff and graduate students can request a Princeton University google G Suite account.
