200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Campus Rec is excited to host an all virtual 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training this summer! Led by Angela Quinn, participants will delve into the complete world of yoga, from asanas (postures) to pranayama (breathwork) to yoga ethics, teaching methodology, and more.

Seats are extremely limited. Applications close at 11:59pm on May 22nd. Applicants who are chosen to participate will be notified and receive further information by May 27th.

Cycle Class Reservations:

To attend Cycle classes, please reserve your spot ahead of time to guarantee your bike. Reservations will be available 72 hours in advance of each class. You can make your reservation online or download the IMLeagues app to your phone.

  • If you are creating an account, choose "Princeton University" as your school affiliation and use your Princeton email address to sign up.

Please note, Dillon members (faculty/staff) looking to take part in Cycle or any in person classes must have a Flex Pass.


Important Reminders

  • All participants must follow the Dillon Gym facility policies and procedures.
  • Participants will need to clean their equipment after use and return spray bottle and cloth as they exit the facility.
  • For entry, participants must show their PUID upon entry.

Access & Information

Princeton Students:
You now have FREE access to all group fitness, cycle, and yoga classes, so you DO NOT have to purchase a Flex Pass!

Dillon Gym Members:
You must purchase a Flex Pass that allows access to all classes on the group fitness schedule through valid dates. After you purchase your Flex Pass, bring your PUID to the Front Desk of Dillon Gym and inform the employee that you would like to pick up your Flex Pass. Please bring your pass and show it upon entry to each class you wish to participate in.

All classes are held in spaces throughout Dillon Gymnasium:

  • Group Fitness Room (GFR)
  • Multipurpose Room (MPR)
  • Dance Studio
