- Yoga 101
This class is waitlist only. Mon, 9/7-10/26
Yoga 101 Learn the basics of yoga, including asanas (postures), breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation. Each class will build upon the prior week's practice, so the course will be progressive in nature. Every student will leave with the knowledge and confidence to attend other yoga class offerings both on campus and beyond. Instructor-Angela Yoga mat (floor or grass), block (small box or book).
- Yoga 201
This class is waitlist only. Tues,
Gain knowledge and understanding of a comprehensive yoga practice, as taught in Yoga 101. Designed for any practitioners who are interested in more depth, more individualized attention and a steady mindful pace of exploration of each asana (posture). Delve deeper into your yoga journey in this 8 week course. Instructor-Angela Yoga mat (floor or grass), block (small box or book).
- Tai Chi
This class has limited space available. Mon, 9/13-11/1
Tai Chi Discover the power of relaxation-in-action and mindfulness-in-action through the 'moving meditation' and ancient martial art of Tai Chi. Instructor-Mackenzie N/A
Register for Premium Classes
- Students and Dillon Gym Members can register for all Premium Classes.
- Non-members are only permitted to register for Premium Classes that are not held in Dillon Gym.
- Premium Classes can be dropped during the first week of the session only.
