In February 2017, a yoga fund was established through a generous alumni donation to allow yoga to be free and accessible for students attending Princeton University. Currently, all yoga classes held at Dillon Gym are free for students through the yoga fund. Yoga classes are also available for Dillon Gym members with a Flex Pass.
In addition to regularly scheduled yoga classes at Dillon Gym, the Yoga Masters Lecture Series offers free workshops.
Restore Your Prana: Gentle Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation
The yoga fund allowed us to bring the world renowned yoga expert Simon Park to the Princeton University Community. Simon began his yoga journey in 1995 and has since been called by Yoga Journal "one of the most influential and gifted yoga teachers of the next generation." Simon, and guest instructors, will teach weekly classes at Dillon Gym during the academic year and classes are available year round with our talented team of yoga instructors.
