Princeton to 50k is a wellness challenge that invites you to get active and for the community to collectively reach 50,000 minutes of exercise over 5 weeks. 1 minute of activity = 1 point! All you have to do is submit the total minutes of the activity you complete.
WHO: The Princeton Campus Community
WHEN: Part 2 - Monday, 11/01 - Sunday, 12/05
HOW: No registration required. 1 minute of any recreational activity = 1 point. Submit your minutes in the activity log below daily, weekly, or whatever is convenient for you to keep track of your minutes.

Participants rope climb 555 feet on the VLT Rope Trainer as fast as possible. Men’s Division will use LEVEL 7, Women’s Division will use LEVEL 5 and Open Division has the choice to use LEVEL 7 or LEVEL 5. (Bare hands only…remain seated) Those who wear Red, White or Blue will be in a raffle!
