Club Officer Information

Princeton Sport Clubs Spring Term Resumption (January 24th - Mid February)

Any active sport club athlete (practicing/competing) must remain active within the university asymptomatic testing protocol, and will need to submit tests 3x per week.

  • Practices - Resume on/after Monday, January 24th
    • All practices will either be monitored by casual hourly coach or student supervisor, regardless of roster size
    • Masks required during all indoor activities. 
      • Teams found in violation of this policy will see their reservation immediately removed and all future practices/reservations will be suspended.  Club leaders must meet with the Sport Clubs office to review their team infractions should they wish to be reinstated. 
  • HOME Competitions - May resume on/after Friday, January 28th
    • May only compete against schools requiring vaccination record or attestation process
    • All home events will either will either be monitored by casual hourly coach or student supervisor, regardless of roster size
    • INDOOR 
      • Only Princeton Students/Faculty/Staff enrolled in routine university testing, visiting Sport Club competitors and designated coaching/medical staff will be permitted to attend indoor Princeton Club Athletic events. 
      • Visiting spectators are NOT permitted entry. 
      • The total event capacity must not exceed 75 people.
      • Masks required for indoor activity & spectators
      • Teams found in violation of this policy will see their reservations immediately removed and all future practices/reservations will be suspended.  Club leaders must meet with the Sport Clubs office to review their team infractions should they wish to be reinstated. 
    • OUTDOOR
      • Both Princeton and visiting spectators are permitted to attend outdoor club athletic events. The total event capacity must not exceed 100 people.
  • AWAY Competitions  
    • May only compete against schools requiring vaccination record or attestation process
    • All travel must be approved by the Sport Clubs office and listed in MyPrinceton.edu prior to departure. An accurate travel roster must be provided within 24-hours of travel.
    • Day-trip competitions may resume on/after Friday, January 28th
    • Overnight trip competitions may resume on/after Friday, February 4th

Undergraduate Student Travel

All Sport Club Travel must be approved at least two weeks in advance of travel by the Sport Club Office.  Submission of a travel form or Concur Event Request does not constitute approval.

Sport Clubs making day trips or not staying overnight must also complete the Sport Club Travel Request Form
