Campus Recreation offers a variety of activities to support your overall health & wellness - from Group Fitness Classes to swimming to building your skills to fun events to fitness challenges or even working with a personal trainer to find what activities work best for you!

Upcoming Events

From physical to wellness to social activities, we have an event for you! Hallmark events include Tiger Trot, Dodgeball, Bench Press Challenge, Earth Day Yoga and more.

Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a personal trainer and get familiar with equipment or learn what fitness activities work best for you and your body.


Move your body in Group Fitness Classes, build your skills in an Instructional Program, learn more about your health & wellness, become certified, or learn how to swim.

Wellness Programs

Get more information by purchasing one of the following: Body Composition Analysis, FitSmart Fitness Appraisal, or Personsal Fitness Consultation.

Recreational Swimming

Swim at your own pace at one of our pool facilities during scheduled rec swim hours. (Dillon Pool is currently closed due to construction)
