Follow an instructor and move your body while connecting with yourself and others. There are a variety of classes that incorporate the core fitness concepts of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility. Open to all skill and experience levels.

Access:
- All Rec Facility Members and students have access to group fitness classes as on July 1, 2024!
- Receive updates about class changes, cancellations, and events directly to your inbox and subscribe to our Group Fitness & Instructional Programs Listserv!
- Be sure to bring your Princeton ID card with you to class to present to the instructor/staff member during check in.
Reserve Your Spot
As of Monday, July 1st, you can pre-register for all group fitness classes!

- Reserve your spot
- Faster check-in process
- Be directly notified of any changes of cancellations for your class.
Important Notes:
- Your spot in class will be saved until class starts.
- Walk-ins are still welcome.
- For full classes, walk-ins will can claim spots when class starts.

ANYTIME FITNESS & MINDFULNESS VIDEO LIBRARY
Check out our virtual library of recorded workouts you can do anywhere, anytime! We will be adding to this during the semester, so keep an eye out for more classes coming your way.
