You don't have to be a dancer or a fitness fanatic to do it - just bring your best self and let the beat do the rest!

A 55 minute class combining two Les Mills favorites - BodyCombat and Core! You'll start the hour with BodyCombat, a cardio workout inspired by martial arts, and then shift into Les Mills Core - core centered work to build strength, stability and stamina.

Dance Defense is a new program designed to teach self-defense in a fun, accessible way – in a dance class. Self-defense is an important skill for everyone, regardless of size, race, ethnicity or religion, though most people seek it out only after they’ve experienced a threat. The Dance Defense program is designed to teach the most crucial skills for de-escalating and eliminating a threat as quickly as possible. It's based in the Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art. By targeting specific parts of the body, such as groin, eyes and throat, the system is designed to be effective for everyone, regardless of size or strength. In the class, participants will learn situational awareness, how to defend against multiple types of attacks and gain overall confidence.

A 45-minute meditation and mindfulness class designed to help you manage your busy Princeton life. Mindfulness has been widely proven to reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen your clarity of thought, improve feelings of connectedness to others and boost your mood and immunity. During the class, we will learn about the fundamental principles of mindfulness and perform different types of meditation, movements, and breathing techniques. Not only will you leave each class refreshed, but you will learn to sustainably employ these techniques on your own.

This class incorporates all muscle groups. A variety of equipment is used in this circuit style cardio and resistance class. Choreography is simple. Participants can work at their own level and move towards challenge. Lo/no impact is always an option. Session ends with a wonderful stretch. A great way to start your day!

As a Marine and classical dancer of 7 years, Kristy's class merges strength conditioning with vinyasa inspired transitions. A power flow will challenge you physically to grow mentally. Her class will leave you lighter through the energy of breathing, and stronger while moving with intention.

Using a workshop style format, we will slow down sequences and break down postures including arm balances and inversions. The class will focus on safe alignment, modifications and effective muscle engagement. Questions are welcome. This is not a gentle class and is often physically strenuous.

Inspired by traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, Firetanga is a slow, strength based style. It consists of a formal sequence (always the same postures in the same order), with each posture held for 3-6 breaths. An excellent class for fine tuning postures, learning breath control, improving core strength and balance. All levels welcome. Modifications as well as advanced options offered.
