A 55 minute class combining two Les Mills favorites - BodyCombat and Core! You'll start the hour with BodyCombat, a cardio workout inspired by martial arts, and then shift into Les Mills Core - core centered work to build strength, stability and stamina.

The Self Defense class will teach participants the most crucial skills for de-escalating and eliminating a threat as quickly as possible and the keys to defending oneself. It's based in the martial art Krav Maga. By targeting vulnerable parts of the body, the system is designed to be effective for everyone, regardless of size or strength. In the class participants will learn situational awareness, how to defend against multiple types of attacks and gain overall confidence. The class is designed to teach self-defense in a fun, accessible way, in an environment that’s welcoming to all. The idea is develop the skills and mindset to defend oneself instantaneously, the moment its needed, in hopes that you’ll never have to use it.

A 60 minute shortened version of the traditional primary series of ashtanga vinyasa, this class consists of a formal sequence (always the same postures in the same order), with each posture held for 3-5 breaths. The postures consist of standing and sitting active holds of postures and twists to open up, strengthen and lengthen your hips and shoulders while building core strength and learning breath control, endurance and balance. Modifications as well as advanced options offered.
