A 55 minute class combining two Les Mills favorites - BodyCombat and Core! You'll start the hour with BodyCombat, a cardio workout inspired by martial arts, and then shift into Les Mills Core - core centered work to build strength, stability and stamina.

A 30 to 45-minute indoor cycling class that includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training paired with high intensity interval drills and endurance work. Classes are designed to push riders out of their comfort zones for longer interval stretches, increase in cardiovascular stamina and develop skills to improve fitness levels. Rides are set to fun pump up music that will get you sweating and feeling good in your body.

Mindfulness has been widely proven to reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen your clarity of thought, improve feelings of connectedness to others and boost your mood and immunity. During the class, we will learn about the fundamental principles of mindfulness and perform different types of meditation, movements, and breathing techniques. Not only will you leave each class refreshed, but you will learn to sustainably employ these techniques on your own.

As a Marine and classical dancer of 7 years, Kristy's class merges strength conditioning with vinyasa inspired transitions. A power flow will challenge you physically to grow mentally. Her class will leave you lighter through the energy of breathing, and stronger while moving with intention.

Using a workshop style format, we will slow down sequences and break down postures including arm balances and inversions. The class will focus on safe alignment, modifications and effective muscle engagement. Questions are welcome. This is not a gentle class and is often physically strenuous.

This class will focus mostly on stretching, mobility, and breath work. Some strength postures may be offered. The goals are to destress and decompress.

A meditative yoga class where each posture is held for an extended period of time in order to create stimulation deep within connective tissues. Yin Yoga is great for re-energizing the body through releasing tension, improving flexibility, and providing a necessary balance from many other forms of strengthening exercises.
