Campus Rec Events
We offer a variety of events for the Princeton University community to get involved in. Explore what may interest you!
Clash of the Colleges
An annual Orientation event in which incoming freshmen compete with their assigned residential college against the six other residential colleges that usually occurs in the Fall the night before classes begin. This is the ultimate battle to see which Residential College has the most school spirit!
Cardboard Canoe Race
An annual event in February where teams of 2 have 90 minutes to build a canoe out of cardboard, duct tape, 1 box cutter, and 2 garbage bags. Then they must paddle their boat across the Dillon pool with both builders inside the boat.
Due to the Dillon Pool closure, we will not be able to host the event this academic year.
An annual event held each April in Dillon Gym that aims to involve every undergraduate student at Princeton! Students compete in multiple tournament brackets - from teams as small as 20 or as big as 80+. Games run from 5pm to 2am and champions are named for each bracket. Pizza is available throughout the night!
